The location of this hotel cannot be beat! It’s in a quiet residential area with excellent transport links to all the main attractions. Plus, it’s next to the metro which is just 2 stations away from Alexanderplatz. You can easily reach other neighborhoods and explore the city. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. the service is friendly and breakfast is delicious. You'll love the amazing views from the rooftop terrace and can enjoy great facilities like a gym and spa.
Be aware that the carpet in the rooms could use some updating.

Quiet location off the road; courteous, extremely friendly service with all-round care; bright, well maintained studio with very clean bathroom and separate bedroom due to large windows; Possibility to prepare breakfast and other meals in fully equipped kitchen. Subways, buses shopping places(also organic market) in the immediate vicinity.

The very quiet location, the view to the rear, the proximity to the subway, the generosity of the room with kitchen and living room separately.
Nothing to complain about

The room was very clean. The location: right in the residential area with all shops. Parking possible in underground parking. Kitchen for cooking with some limited resources.
Kitchen without coffee machine or filter. No detergent or brush. Furniture and equipment a bit old. Shower with very little water pressure.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms that have a separate bedroom, kitchenette, and large bathroom. The location is in a very calm area, away from the main metro line, but conveniently situated near restaurants.
No aspects mentioned for improvement.

The hotel is more like an apartment block with a reception area and breakfast room. At approx. 50sq metres our junior suite was more like an apartment than a hotel room, with a large living area, fitted kitchen, bedroom, large bathroom and separate WC, TV and cd player. We didn't have the hotel breakfast and apart from check in and check out, we didn't access the reception area so we had a lot of privacy which we value. We felt like Berliners coming and going to our own apartment (with the added benefit of having it cleaned and dishes washed everyday!) with a lot of privacy which we as independent travellers value. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the courtyard on which the hotel is located very quiet so we had great sleep. We loved staying off the tourist trail in a residential district but yet only five minutes walk from the Heinrich Heine Strasse U-bahn and only two stops from Alexanderplatz. There were a number of supermarkets (the hotel is located behind a branch of Aldi), a bakery, a fruit and vegetable stall, cafes and food take-aways within a stone's throw of the hotel, as well as a charming cafe/bar just minutes' walk away prettily located by the canal basin. In the evenings after a hard day's sightseeing and whizzing around on public transport, we strolled the ten minutes or so to neighbouring Kreutzberg to one of the many wonderful (and good value) ethnic restaurants. At €79 per night we thought the hotel represented terrific value. We had looked at other apartment options but apart from price we liked the fact that we could arrive and pick up our key without having to make special arrangements (at least up to a certain time of night as reception is not 24 hours). It was our second trip to Berlin. We plan to return and hope to stay again at the NH Heinrich Heine. For Berlin Wall enthusiasts, there's a lot of interesting history in the area.
It would have been nice to have a small dining table and chairs in the living area, although we managed well eating breakfast off the large coffee table. Some of the furniture in the living area was of the rickety cane variety and a bit worn but these are minor quibbles.

Breakfast was good. Not sensational, but ok for the price. Room was big and clean. Very quiet, central location.
The staff at the weekend at breakfast could be a bit friendlier

Nothing bad to say.

It was winter when we stayed here .It was cold outside, but very warm in the hotel. The apartment was excellent, room was a good size. There is a fully equipment kitchen. The bathroom is large and clean with soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion in small bottles. Great location, close to U bahn station. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Spoke good English. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing.
